Lisa Kuhn

Hi, I’m Lisa!

I’m a photographer, writer, and web designer living on the U.S. West Coast. I created this website to teach people about destinations around the world and help them plan their own adventures.

I’ve been fortunate to have traveled to multiple continents throughout my life. Over the last 30+ years, I’ve roadtripped throughout the Western United States; traveled to Europe five times with the first trip being by train for three months of solo hostelling; I’ve hopped on long-haul buses in South America for an additional three months; took short flights between the North and South Islands in New Zealand and squeezed in a layover in Fiji.

What I share here has a leaning towards things that I love like hiking and snowshoeing in the mountains, European-style architecture, and learning about other cultures.

Whether you’re planning a trip or enjoying some armchair travel, come with me and experience what’s out there in the world through my eyes.
